Background: I am originally from West Salem, WI, and I moved to Eau Claire for college in 2019. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in the Fall of 2022 with a degree in Rehabilitation Science. Growing up, I was surrounded by sports and developed a passion for exercise. I knew I wanted to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy going into college. Once I started taking different courses in Kinesiology, I knew this was the field for me. I enjoyed going to class and learning everything I could within Rehabilitation Science. Once I started to work with people in real world settings was when I solidified my passion for this field. Getting to have an impact on improving one's life and bringing joy to their day is why I do what I do. In life, we need to seek discomfort in order to grow. Changing our lifestyles to be more health focused can be an uncomfortable process, and I am here to help people make that switch in their lives.

Training Philosophy: Everyone's fitness journey is different. Therefore, an exercise regime looks different for everyone. Being able to find the balance in life to optimize our quality of life is one of the more important aspects of health and wellness.

Interests: I enjoy educating people on fitness and health. I look at personal training as a way for me to educate others on how to take care of their body and prevent disability later in life. I see fitness as a way to optimize our quality of life throughout our entire lifetime. The best way to achieve this is through functional movements. Outside of personal training, I enjoy all kinds of sports, nature, and traveling.
