Andrew SohrBackground: I began working at Highland Fitness in January 2022. I love training because it allows someone to push themselves and discover strength they didn't know they had. I find passion in exploring and educating the “why” behind the decisions we make inside and outside of the gym, and how it affects our health, lifestyle, and progress to achieve our goals. Training Philosophy: Every workout is an opportunity to learn, improve, and pay your dues. Whether we choose to face adversity head-on or push our issues aside for our future selves, we all pay at some point.
