Athletic Enahncement MiniCamp: Football
Are your high-school football players ready to start the season in the fall after a long, lazy summer? If not, consider attending next summer's football MiniCamp.
Taught by personal trainers who were high school players themselves, the camp consists of three, two hour sessions per week for nine weeks. We focus on improving individual goals for each player, based on 5 categories of fitness and skill.
We're finished with our 2007 MiniCamp, but it's never too soon to start thinking about next season. Contact Highland Fitness for details.
The sport specific training program is designed to help athletes of any age achieve their next level of performance. Programs are designed to stimulate sport specific movement and athletic techniques. The skilled and experienced staff for this program are under the management of Dawn Goettl, NESTA, NDATA,, Personal Training Manager.
By going through a Sport Specific Training program at Highland Fitness, you will increase muscular strength, power, agility proprioception and benefit from our injury rehab/specific skills development!
Elements of this program may include:
- Strength conditioning
- High speed treadmills
- Plyometrics
- Agility Ladders
- Balance boards and balls
- Other equipment including but not limited to multi-directional power cords, slide boards and speed harnesses.
