Personal Training
Polar BodyAge
Highland Fitness Personal Trainers use Polar BodyAge technology.
This system quantifies how "old" your body is, based on your cardiovascular health, body composition, flexibility and strength. Using those measurements, we can customize your personal training so you can achieve a younger "body age."
