F.I.T. Boot Camp Training

Fun! Friends! Music! "Functional Interval Training" is lead by our experienced, certified, and degreed trainers. A group of 2-10 people will experience this high energy, fat burning, "give it all you got" session that will help you see results fast!

Semi-Private Training

Stay motivated by working out with your friends! Get results with this small group (2 - 5 people) functional training that targets total body and core strength as well as flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Share the cost of a trainer and have fun working out with your friends! This training is a must! Your body will thank you!

One-on-One Training

If you need individualized attention and want that "it's my time" training, then one-on-one training is for you. Our certified personal trainers will build a work out program geared just for you.
