Education:
Learn about proper techniques, exercise to maximize results and stay informed about individual health and fitness topics.

Support and encouragement - because sometimes you just need someone else to help you get into the gym when you can't quite find the motivation to do it on your own!

Record and monitor body fat, flexibility, muscle strength cardiovascular improvement, blood pressure, heart rate and nutrition and exercise.
Lifestyle Change:
Become more active, increase your energy while building confidence and staying fit for life.Personal Training/Coaching is available in packages of 36, 24, 12, or 4 sessions. Defibrillator now available!
Highland Fitness has an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) at our EastRidge location; a second one will be arriving at the WestRidge location soon! Our staff is trained in the use of these devices for emergency purposes.
